This not about money, its about principals.
I'd like to get some informed responses regarding what legal recourses there are, and for whom.
Specifically, regarding these topics:

THERAPEUTIC BOARDING SCHOOLS -
Pain and suffering?
Parents not informed of strip searching and did not consent: sexual trauma?
Psychological diagnoses of PTSD, GAD attributed to TBS experience?

EDUCATIONAL CONSULTANTS-
Referring children without ever meeting with them for an assessment?
Diagnosing children with Oppositional Defiant Disorder without ever meeting them?
That the ODD diagnosis lets schools make (fraudulent) insurance claims?
That some schools provide "incentives" for each child referred?

There are certainly others. I hope other people throw out more grievances that might have legal ramifications.
